Are you ready to release trauma?

I am here to serve individuals ready to release trauma. My clientele consists of people of color between adolescents and adults who are experiencing events that are impeding their ability to be the best version of themselves.

My passion is working with men and women overcoming trauma. This can encompass finding ways to heal from a relationship with a narcissist; racial trauma, childhood trauma and intimate partner violence. I work with individuals who have lost their sense of self and need to discover their inherent worth.

Not only do I serve as a clinician that loves working with marginalized populations I find great joy in working with emerging clinicians by serving as their licensing supervisor. Through mentoring and training I assist in preparing them for the profession. My consultation services also include trainings for businesses addressing imposter syndrome, cultural competency, and workplace trauma.
